Here, you are based at OneHope’s global headquarters, which is comprised of various departments whose collective role is to resource
our global regions, partners and initiatives.

LOCATION

YOUR ROLE

Each department has a specific directive, whether it be Ministry Operations or Partner Services, and its own team of knowledge workers to accomplish the work. In this context, you are placed within a department and given valuable projects in-line with your skill + vocation.

College Credit

We’ve worked with many interns to ensure their internship counts for college credit. Please indicate on your application if this is your case.

Eligibility

Designed for recent college graduates with ministry leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree + skill-set relevant to their vocation pursuit.

Schedule Conflicts

We don’t want any barrier to prevent you from connecting to a great experience with Cultivate! Please indicate the dates you anticipate missing on your application, and we will discuss these during the application process.

Local Transportation

Spring Residents are required to bring a personal vehicle to the Residency.

Travel

Travel to + from the internship location is the responsibility of the intern. We’ll make sure to outline this process in detail during the application process!

Compensation

Spring residents are paid a weekly $125 stipend to cover daily personal expenses for a total of 18 weeks.

Housing

Housing is provided for Spring residents for the program’s duration. Housing is dormitory-style living, and is separated by gender with utilities included.
